Electrical Cabinets

During the years AVT has specialised itself in building tailor made electric control cabinets for the customer. Moreover AVT concentrates on installing and programming several control systems.
The construction of electrical cabinets and switchboards is thus a fundamental component of the AVT corporate activity.

Of course all cabinets for projets are always designed and produced ‘in house’.
We work with the most sophisticated controls whereby we use following marks: Siemens, Schneider, Omron, …

AVT also specialises in installing and programming the most sophisticated control systems.

AVT has also experience in renewing your (out-of-date) installation. Old switchboards are replaced by for example PLC with touch screen. As a result your installation becomes reliably and flexible for modifications.

Process and Control Techniques & Visualisation

AVT can rely on nice references in different sectors with regard to installing several process and control techniques on existing and new installations.

We gladly assist you with advice and action in order to improve the process stability and to realise a cost saving through more efficient process analysis.

A SCADA system covers your factory process and is being used for the control and visualisation of your process. AVT has experience with e.g. Cimplicity, WIN CC and Movicom.

The layout of the installation and the process is reflected schematically by the graphics on the PC screen. This screen enables you to control and adjust all functionalities of the system.
Alarms and reports are visualised according to your requirements as a result of which your response speed,the security and quality are consequently immediately influenced in a positive way.
