Actemium Handling Solutions in Essen is looking for a Technical Service Engineer to strengthen our service team. Together with your team, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on machines at our customers’ sites. From our office in Essen, you’ll also coordinate the work of the service team in both Belgium and abroad. You will closely monitor service contracts and the related documentation.

Your Role

  • You are in daily contact with customers to ensure that our machines continue to perform optimally

  • In case of questions or malfunctions, you perform the initial fault analysis

  • You actively think along on technical improvements, work out proposals, and prepare quotations

  • Together with your colleagues, you look for solutions, plan interventions, and ensure thorough work preparation

  • You are responsible for the administrative follow-up, including orders, invoicing, and reporting

Your Profile

  • A solid technical background is essential

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English; French is a plus

  • You are communicatively strong and well-organized

  • You are administratively competent and have a hands-on mentality

  • You work in a structured and methodical way
